DISABILITY PARKING AVAILABLE
For patients with mobility needs, a designated disability parking space and ramp access are available at the Elmira Avenue entrance, providing direct access to the main entrance.

There is also an ambulance loading zone with ramp access at the Albert Street entrance, which is reserved for emergency use and not typically used for routine patient access.

Office Hours
Please note that office hours may differ from clinic appointment times.
If you contact us outside of office hours, please leave a message with your name and phone number. If your matter is urgent, we will do our best to fit you in for an appointment as soon as possible. We will return your call and assist with booking on the next business day.
Clinic Hours
Monday – Friday: 8:00am – 5:00pm
We offer after-hours and urgent appointments, including between 5:00–7:00 pm. Please note that additional fees may apply. For availability and details, please contact our on-call reception team.
Saturday & Sunday
One urgent appointment is available per day from 8:00am- 9:00am. A weekend surcharge applies.
Please contact us in advance to book and confirm availability. Surcharges apply to all urgent and after-hours appointments.
Clinic Operating Days
We are open throughout the week, excluding most public holidays. Please note that a surcharge may apply on public holidays when we are open. Contact us directly to confirm availability on public holidays or for urgent appointments.
