SPECIALIST REFERRAL SERVICES
We coordinate timely referrals to appropriate specialists, including orthopaedic surgeons, hand surgeons, and plastic and reconstructive surgeons, ensuring continuity of care from diagnosis through to post-surgical rehabilitation.
RADIOLOGY REFERRAL SERVICES
We offer radiology referral services for imaging such as X-rays, ultrasounds, and MRIs to support accurate diagnosis and treatment planning. Referrals are made promptly to ensure efficient and coordinated care.
ARTIFICIAL LIMB REFERRAL SERVICES
We provide referral services for artificial limb assessment and fabrication, working closely with specialist providers to support clients throughout the prosthetic journey. Our rehabilitation approach focuses on restoring independence, regaining function, and empowering individuals not to give up, but to adapt and thrive in daily life.
